Crepes with Apple Jam

Servings: 1 serving (5 crepes)

 

Ingredients

For the apple jam:

  • 7 oz of apples (2 medium apples), peeled, cored and chopped 
  • 1 tsp of ginger
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 3 oz of sugar
  • The juice of 1 lemon

For the crepes batter (makes 5):

  • 1 cup of flour
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
 

Directions/Instructions:

1 - Place jam ingredients into a pot and cook for 15 minutes on a medium heat, until thick

2 - Mix the crepes batter ingredients until smooth 

3 - Cook the crepes in a hot pan with some oil, for 1 minute on each side

4 - Stuff the crepes and roll
